Jay Duke is a former Canadian Equestrian Team member, well-known clinician, and founder of the virtual lesson platform, EquiVault. Along with these titles, Jay is a course designer for Canada and was also named the leading male rider at the Spruce Meadows North American tournament back in 1994. In this episode, Jay addresses the importance of continuing to further your rider education when you know you're in it for the long haul. Listen in!
