Catherine Haddad is a professional Dressage rider with an impressive resume at the top levels of the sport. Having competed in 2 FEI World Cup Finals, numerous top placings in Nations Cups, CDI5*, and other top Grand Prix competitions, Catherine has earned gold medals from both the USDF and the German Federation. Catherine spent over 20 years riding and training in Germany before returning to the US to continue her training and breeding businesses based out of Florida and New Jersey. Today, Catherine is a Co-Owner, Founder and Head Trainer of NorCordia Horse Sales which focuses on bringing together the perfect partnership between horse and rider. Listen in!

Anne-Sophie Milette runs Europa Horse Agency, a company based in Belgium that helps buyers find their perfect match through a wide network of stables and breeders from Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and France. Anne-Sophie grew up on a horse, starting her first regional show jumping competition at the age of eleven. Born in Quebec, Anne-Sophie spent her winters in Florida learning from some of the best of the sport including the Millar family and Peter Leone. Listen in!

Nina Fedrizzi is an equestrian, travel, and lifestyle writer based in Upstate New York. She began her career at Travel + Leisure and is a former senior editor at NF Style. Nina is an equestrian columnist for Robb Report, a regular contributor to Noëlle Floyd, Horse Network, and The Plaid Horse. Her work has been featured in Endless Vacation, This Old House, Smithsonian, and Wynn Magazine. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Nina loves to write about all topics in the equestrian industry, including her experience as an adult amateur working towards her riding goals while enjoying time with her young family.

Sam Walker is an International Show Jumping athlete and proud member of the Canadian Equestrian Team. In 2018, Sam won the ASPCA Medal Maclay at the age of sixteen on his horse, Waldo, and when he turned eighteen Sam made his 5* Nations Cup debut. After training with Missy Clark and John Brennan at North Run for several years and having both of his parents (Dee and Scott Walker) as professional trainers, it is no secret that riding is in Sam's blood. Despite starting his professional career just as the pandemic hit Sam has continued working hard for what he loves. Listen in!

Sara Carlisle is a FEI rider and trainer based out of Lythrum Farm In Acton Massachusetts, and Wellington Florida. She recently earned her USDF Gold Medal on her horse Knight who she got 7 years ago for $1 due to extreme behavioral problems. Volunteer work has always been incredibly important to Sara, and she has been working with rescue animals her whole life. Sara is a board member with her regional GMO, the New England Dressage Association, volunteers weekly helping train horses at The MSPCA, and teaches an after-school humane education program that teaches students how to be a responsible and caring citizens an animal owners. Brian Moggre is a 20-year-old show jumper who started his own business, Major Wager LLC, at the age of eighteen. Born and raised in Flower Mound, Texas, Brian has spent his whole life surrounded by horses and puts continuous effort and passion into his work. From catch rides during his junior years to competing for the United States Equestrian Team, Brian is a well-rounded horseman and always puts his horses first. Brian has worked with many names in the Showjumping world such as: McLain Ward, Laura Kraut, and Nick Skelton. After recently competing in the World Championships at Herning, Denmark, Brian is continuing to live out his competition dreams and produce top quality horses. Listen in!

Kathy Baar is a USDF Gold Medalist, Author, Horse Development Specialist and Natural Horsemanship Instructor. She has been studying and teaching Natural Horsemanship for over 20 years, combining the happiness of the horse with the results needed for competition and Horse Development. Along with her husband, John, the two focus on developing horses into partners out of their farm Raising The Baar located just outside of Lexington, KY. Through different forms of cross training such as: ground driving, cow working, liberty, dressage, and even trail riding, Kathy excepts all levels and breeds to her farm. Everyone who participates can gain something from the Foundation to Performance training available.
