Leone is currently serving as the Chairman of the Conduct Committee for the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA). He was formerly Vice-President of the High Performance Sport division and Director for the United States Equestrian Federation from 2004–2013. He has also been a member of many committees and special task forces on governance, safety, drugs and medications, trainer certification, and coach selection. In addition to being an athlete, Armand is a business professional with expertise in healthcare and equestrian law and with strengths in strategic analysis, business development, and operations.
